Hello all. Quick question. I am going to be buying the Rough Country 4.5" X-series Kit here very soon. Also a sye and a drive line. Is it the front or rear drive line that would need to be replaced. On some of the sites its either or. Im confused. lol Some are short like the front and some are longer for the rear. Just wanted to ask and see what you all think. Also, for that size lift, is there anything else you would recommend I do? I am keeping the stock wheels with the larger tires I have for now. Until the rubber is worn out. Wasn't sure what all needed to be done. Thanks in advance for any help guys....

That makes no sense. The main reason for these sliderboxes is to improve shackle angle. I think they're a great idea but any time you change the shackle angle you will change the lift height it's geometry, you can't avoid it. That being said, correcting your shackle angle is WELL worth the change in height (it will probably be less than a half inch).

The whole point behind saying they dont raise your lift height is that alot of other relocation boxes actually moves the shackle mount DOWN some as well as giving you back and forth mounting locations. This one does not.

I'm so confused my head hurts, lemme reread this thread. OK I was looking at NKC's pic which is a relocation kit, not Greenxj's pic which is a slider. I'm all square now, thanks for waiting for me to catch up lol.
