Remove that spacer now from where it is and put it at the top of the could where the stock isolator is. Where it is now it's a ticking time bomb for disaster. Adjusting adjsutable control arms just move the axle forward and has nothing to do with amount of lift.

got a link to the manufacturer of those coil spacers? I have never in my life seen a coil spacer that is suppose to go in the middle of the coils? First time you flex it out really well I'd bet that spacer will go bye bye.

If the instructions that came with the spacers say to put them where they are then leave them where they are. Those spacers, especially installed where you have them are meant to restore ride height to sagging springs. They appear to have a slit in them (not just a solid circle) right? That would make them sketchy to stack on top of the spring but if you're looking for lift, check out proper coil spring lift spacers that go on top of the spring.

x2. You can sometimes get away with maybe up to 2 inches but if you lift too much and don't replace the shocks they will bottom out and limit flex while off road. Most times, go with new shocks.

Those flares and a little trimming will go a long way toward getting rid of rubbing. Its easier than you'd think to trim the fronts and cut and fold the rears. There's a good writeup on here in the tech write-up section

That comes down to what you're looking for in a lift. Price, type of driving, and many other variables come into play. At 4" on a 2000 you might run into vibration problems that would require you to put in an SYE and new rear driveshaft which can add considerable cost as well. The best thing you can do is look through as many lift comparison threads as possible (there's tons of them on here) and make an educated decision based on your needs.

That being said, I'm going Rough Country 4.5" when I can afford it.
