5" isn't a budget boost unless you half-*** it and end up driving a dangerous vehicle.

Buy the coils for the height you want to be at, If you have a 2" lift shackle get a 3.5" Leaf spring. You'll want Crossover steering , and long arms or Adjustable Upper and Lower control arms with Drop brackets to stay short arm, Longer shocks, Brake Lines, Sye, Driveshaft, Double shear Trackbar, Re Gearing axles to help with drivability due to large tires
There is no Cheap way to Lift a vehicle You can do it once properly it will cost less then Halfassing it then replacing everything twice

Also, I recommend replacing the tie rod if you run 33" tires or larger. You can use a ZJ tie rod, or you can spend a bit more and get an aftermarket one such as Iron Rock Offroad. If you choose to replace it, you have the option of Over or Under the knuckle (OTK or UTK). UTK is how it is set up stock. OTK moves it up and out of the way of rocks and other obstacles.
