Just got my 3 inch zone lift, this thing is a beauty, anyone else running it? I want some input to how it holds up.

Good kit. Best choice of the entry level companies.

31 on a stocker with stock rims, will rub like crazy offroad. Had 31's on my 4.5" years ago, rubbed during flex. Lol

Good advice.
Thanks for the solid advice, I originally wanted a RE lift but they are expensive and they don't even include shocks, I am probably going to get the zone lift kit when they next paycheck or two come in. And whats so bad about RC leaves? my brother has a 3 inch add a leaf and it seems pretty stiff. would that be the problem?

RC leaves tend to be short. Will give a horrible shackle angle with a stock shackle box.

Aals can be any length, depending on where they go in the pack. The issue with aals is that they wear out really quickly and leave you back at stock height.

I wouldn't reccommend that. There's nothing wrong with wheeling a stock xj. Take off your swaybar in the rear and disconnect it in the front when you go offroading. Take it easy and don't go ***** out while you save for a lift, which you'll enjoy that much more because you've had low clearance. Plus, you'll end up doing your lift again if you do it cheaply the first time.
