Because my rear springs are shot there sagging 1 1/2 - 2 inches in the back so shackles will only bring it to stock hight lol so that's why I was looking at new packs.. Plus I'm not ready for a bigger lift because my tires are brand new

Don't know yet, he is drilling out the centering hole on his top leaf today to fit the larger holes of the blazer leads. I'll bet he would get at least 2" from it. I would imagine anything other than bottoming out would be an improvement on ride quality.

You might be able to find some stock springs from a Xj in the JY. If you wanted to go that route, I would look for a newer model. Paying less is always better. Plus...unless you are replacing your front coils as well or leveling them, you rear end will be riding higher with new leads.

Yeah I planned on leveling it... And I would get stock ones from the junkyard but I have a 99 and the 00 and 01 are almost as bad lol

This is what my wife's Xj looks like after 2" and 30s, still gets around 16-18 mpg. For a little more work and a little less money you could get a something from the JY or you could buy new ones. Ultimately its your choice and usually comes down to what you have the budget for.
