Default Adjustable Track Bar

I am going to install my IRO track bar this week. Does anyone know the width of the frame rails over the axle? I want to turn this into a trigonometry problem so I can calculate how long the bar has to be, and then fine tune it. TIA

You're over complicating this. Pull off the old one look at the chart IRO supplies that shows the center to center measurement for x amount of lift set it for that and bolt it up.

It didn't come with one.

Does anyone know the width of the frame rails?

I know it may be far fetched, but why wont you measure it yourself?

Kind of what I was thinkin... I also agree that you are putting WAY too much thought into it even for an engineer. An engineer needs to be able to solve problems in a PRACTICAL way.

Do what wiggles said. Then use your fine measuring and math skills to measure from inside tire wall to frame rail on the passenger side and then inside tire wall on the drivers side to the frame. I GUARANTEE you that that will be the most accurate and quickest way to do it.

Or...
Build an exact replication of your XJ in solidworks, everything must be to exact specs.

Then do some measuring in there.

I wasn't asking for someone to got out and measure for me. I was hoping someone had a picture with all the dimensions. Plus the oil pan is too low to get a good measurement.

Anyways, I found one, and this is all there is to it. The problem took all of 10 seconds.
