Ugh. The yoke is hitting the driveshaft. Gonna go get some 1" square tubing on lunch and drop it. Maybe Grind a little off the yoke and shaft where it's hitting.

Got it dropped. Binding is gone. But it's still close. Gonna rock a full tank of gas for a few
weeks and see if the springs settle some. Doing an alignment now. Steering wheel was 1/4 turn to the right and about an inch toed in.

One more question, how long is the shaft on the yoke of a 242? Just wondering if someone could tell me before I go thru the trouble of taking it out just to see how much I have left in it.

And psa: the zone lift is kinda bouncy and the rear leafs are creaky/squeaky. Thought something was about to fall apart til I figured out about the poly bushings. Haha

I know I’ve read a lot of positive feedback on here about Zone, but I’d say that’s an indicator there is something wrong with one of those leafs, and something wrong with Zone’s QC. Mistakes occur, I’d have suggested you contact Zone prior to installation.

That’s a potential solution, but I’d be skeptical of the long term durability of the sagging spring. Perhaps you can still contact Zone to see what their solution is.

It looks like it's settled level. Not leaning by looking at it. I'll measure when I get back home to confirm

And the clunking I was getting at stop and go's has went away. I think it was bad leaf bushings. I may go ahead and get some poly shackle bushings too
