AAl too long??
So I bought a set of Rubicon Express 1410 add-a-leafs and I'm having a heck of a time installing them. It seems like the new leaf is too long? When I line the center pin holes up with the rest of the leaves it hits the front eye of the upper spring, any ideas? Should be simple enough but I'm stumped!

Only way I can see that happening is if you are trying to install on top of the leaf pack.
AAL is installed in the pack under the main leaf. You have to disassemble your pack and insert the new leaf and reassemble with a new center pin. You will want a couple C clamps to hold the pack during dis/assembly.
If I am off ignore me.

OK, dthere is your problem. You don't have an OEM spring in there. So the solution is to use a cutoff wheel on a 4.5" angle grinder to trim the AAL
