ok this is wat all i have done replaced water pump twice theromstat twice two different temps now i have no theromstat in it and i have tryed bypassing the heater core bc i thought it might be cloged. i have also pulled off top hose by the theromsta and put water in the hose and it poars out the theromsat housing. i have tried everything i can think of an it can sit and idle with or without a theromstat for 10 mins and be well over 230 degress so someone told me that one of the passages could be blocked but i dont know how bc it ran good before and they all looked good when it was apart

Well, if the clutch fan doesn't work, and the electric fan doesn't work, then yes, it will probably overheat.

Its hard to imagine thats there could be something inside the block thats would cause it to overheat, unless maybe the head gasket was installed upside down.

ok the clutch fan spins all the time and its kinda hard to turn when the engine is off and the electric fan kicks on at 210 but why does it overheat so fast i ran my jeep without an electric for 2 month before with zero problems in the spring but per say i did install the head gasket upside down would it make a difference bc i thought it was all the same but i do remember the gasket saying"top" on it so i dont think thats it but everyone makes mistakes
