www.strokedjeep.com has 60 mm throttle bodies for $90 exchange. Your intake is already 60mm. Just buy one and be done with it.

I want the round TB, that way I can rotate the TB elbow any direction without worrying about that dumb IAC notch.

Boring it is secondary.

Yep. But found my CPS wire fried in half. Replaced wires, fixed.

Still went through the coil and any other connection I could get my hands on. Sprayed with cleaner and dabbed a bit of dielectric grease on the male contacts. Grounds were also refreshed.

After all that I swung over to my buddies house to use his engine hoist for my Iron Man motor mounts. Of course that was a pain, the bolt on the passenger side was blocked by the oil filter housing and needed to be cut off. :/

Wrapping that up in the next couple hours, whenever I go back over.

Did you look through Hescos CAIs? There was a plate that goes on top the Renix TB and allows you to use any HO style intake.

I did not, but their prices really turn me off. I've got a buddy who runs a machine shop, he said he was willing to try and make me an adaptor plate in his free time out of scrap, so minimal cost. Gonna try that first.

That was my next suggestion. To make one. Good luck and keep us posted.

With all the pics on the interweb, and being that I have both the Renix and HO TBs, design and execution should be fairly easy.

Should. O.o
