Default 89 jeep xj 4.0 Fuel pump relay clicks

My 89 xj makes a clicking noise from the fuel pump relay and I read that my computer could be faulty? What could be the reason for this clicking? I also don't have spark and hope that by replacing the computer it will solve the clicking and no spark dilemma Im not quite too sure. I cleaned all contacts and ground and tested them so Im really just down to my computer being faulty if I means anything my check engine light does not come on not sure if that helps at all

Very doubtful computer. The relay is controlled by the ignition system. No spark is usually the result of a faulty CPS. Click on the link in my signature and do numbers 1,3,4, and 7.

Swap those 4 relays around and see what happens.
