For what its worth, the backing plates I took off a 95 Grand had ABS. So the possibility is there with a place to mount the sensor I would guess. If the sensors are the same I have no idea though, I dont have ABS.

Switching from drum to disk on the D35 rear the axles do not change so since you currently have ABS your existing axles will have tone rings installed. As you disassemble the old brakes note the relationship between the pickup and the tone wheel then duplicate that relative position on the new disk backing plates. That should be all you need to do to retain your ABS function. On a side note, the axle must be removed from the housing in order to remove the backing plate so while you have the rear end apart do yourself a favor and plan to replace the axle oil seals and bearings.
