I didn't think you were being rude I appreciate all the feed back.
And about the 8.8 option a buddy of mine ran 37s on his ranger with the stock d35 and a swaped 8.8 with stock 3.73s and it seamed to hold up alright.

simply put, our 4.0's with stockish gears cannot handle 37" tires
Anyone who runs tires this large on stock gears and says its fine, doesnt wheel very hard, doesnt drive it on the street, or doesnt know any better. For 37s you want to be in the 5.38 ballpark to retain stockish performance.
