Im currently running teraflex long arms with currie upper arms and im considering to changing my setup to a 3 link from iron rock, what are the pros and cons besides the flex benefits ? Speed and stability wise ?

Couple things. It sounds like you have adjustable lower control arms but still short arms. Is this correct? And the IRO kit is not a 3 link.

I would go with a kit that does not involve an aweful cam adjuster for the upper. And either frame brackets, or a removable cross member.

I'm not bashing the IRO kit. This is what I think about it: If there are two different kits in the same price range, why would you buy the weaker of the two? Even if many run the IRO kit with no problems, wouldn't it be prudent to buy a kit that is stronger still? The IRO kit may work fine, but it's definitely a downgrade.
