Default 3 inch rustys lift kit

I own a 2000 jeep Cherokee that is currently stock .. But I want to put a 3 inch rustys lift kit on her .. My only worry is that i use my rig for minor towing .. I have a 16 foot v bottom fishing boat that I haul around .. Will this lift hold up to that ? I will of course be getting full spring packs not aal .. Any feedback is appreciated

I have the 3 inch advanced kit from rustys, with the full leaf packs and I love it! I do t tow anything so I can't help you there. But as far as I can tell, it's a great kit and it rides nice. I wheeled it and it worked amazingly.

I have had that same kit for almost 4 yrs. and have towed loads in the range your talking about quite a few times. If you install larger tires you may have to install the correct gear for the size. Also a transmission cooler aftermarket should be added.

Mine hasn't sagged at all. It's only been on for a month, but it feels solid.

I have had zero sag and I carry about 175# of extra weight in the cargo area all the time and my rear bumper/swing out tire carrier is quite heavy to boot.

Just a heads up, I broke a stock rear shackle towing a loaded single axle trailer . I'd recommend changing the shackles at the same time if you can swing the extra $$$$
