Sorry, I cant remember what I used, and have swapped trackbars...aftermarket are more heavy duty than original, and can have poly or rubber bush, your choice
about US150, I am in Australia

If you are on a budget, by all means do the lift and get a trackbar after if u want

the other thing to mention is the trackbar is critical to prevent suspension shake, which can be exacerbated by any lift, so if its old & worn out anyway, replacing it with a few $ extra adjustable one makes sense.

It would appear mine could easily accommodate a 4" lift, judging by the amount of adjustment it has...so if u wanna go a bit higher later...

with a swapped front suspension, everything adjusted to the mm, and my 255/70/16 Highway tyres, it almost drives like a Saloon!

(I have various wheel/tyre combos)

Rusty's makes an adjustable track bar for 0 - 2" of lift. I just bought one.

I just did a similar lift with those leaf springs....pics here.

I used Moog upcountry springs on the front and a .75" spacer. I am very happy with the final result.
