1989 xj help!!

Ok. So i have a 1989 xj 2 door 4x4 with a 1999 xj limited 4.0 complete swap. My issue is when i start it it idles just fine for about 5 min. Then it bogs down and dies like it’s not getting fuel. I have checked everything i can think of. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated. Plus only CEL code is for battery temp sensor?

Check for clogged fuel injectors. Perform fuel pressure if there's any issue to kill the engine.
Maybe it can be related to power loss, my rig suffered of that for a while, it ran and suddenly engine got dead. Had to take it to the electro mechanical technician to check and fix it. Now it's running quite fine.

I finally figured out what it is. I pulled the tank and removed the full pump and there was a bunch of sand in the bottom of the tank so i cleaned the tank and replaced the pump and it runs buttery smooth now
