HELP 1989 Cherokee Rear Differential gone bad

Default HELP 1989 Cherokee Rear Differential gone bad

I need some help finding a Rear Axle/differential for my jeep Cherokee. and furthermore trying to save my butt from a 40 mile towing job my transfer case went out i havent been able to get a look at the Transfer Case but i really need the ability to drive back like yesterday.

What is the transfercase problem?
Any Cherokee rear will bolt right in just get the correct gear ratio.

As far as the transfer case goes i havent looked at it but when i went to put it in 4H to get the front axle moving there was a loud pop and it didnt go in and i let go of the shifter it just fell back to 2h so i'm not sure what happened but still kinda ina rush just to get it driveable

Also e-brake cables and u-bolts

But seriously it's not a bid deal, just grab the drive shaft and u-bolts when you get the axle and also if the e-brake is different just use the one made for you XJ. -note 96 and older use one style and 97 and newer use a different but it's a easy thing to correct.
