Well I'm selling my 8.25 axle. It is a 95 axle with 99 XJ 29 spline shafts, carrier, 3.55 gears, and newer seals. The Carrier has been Lincoln locked and is fully welded. It also comes with brand new brakes in the box and the original drive shaft. It is a great swap into a pre-97 XJ's with the D35c has it is a direct bolt-in with no modifications needed except for changing your drive shaft length. The original one does come with it so you know what length you will need. Located in Charlotte / Graham, NC. So to some it all up 8.25, 29spline, locked, 3.55 gears, and new brakes 200obo.
Edit: I picked up an open carrier for it as well that comes with the axle if you prefer to make it more road friendly.

Sorry the price is firm on the 8.25 at 200. It's practicably rebuilt with new brakes and seals plus its locked, well worth the 200.

29 spline shafts for the 8.25, carrier for the 29 spline. New seals for the install are recommended, which I did. For welding the carrier, some people just tac welded the spider gears, Mine has the spider gears fully welded to the carrier so that it's good to hold up to at least a 35 and not break.
