I was planning on doing exactly what you show in your picture but didn't know anyone made them. I was actually considering having one laser or waterjet cut myself.
I looked at the Dirt Dog Offroad website and the only ones available that I could find have designs. I just want either a solid plate or one that a neutral pattern (holes, diamonds, or something) cut out to reduce weight. I'm just curious where that one came from.

I like those plates...definitely gonna have to get one. I'm just curious, why did they make this little cubby in the first place? Is there some specific use for it? Without some modification it seems entirely useless...what was Jeep thinking?
