What has been proven or what is people preference for a vehicle to go to pick and pull to get the 1 ton stuff to do the conversion. What is needed and what vehicle would be the best candidate?

 

i dont think there is any 1 ton steering that bolts in directly what size tires u plan on running? all i have done to mine is a v8 zj tie rod and i wheel the **** out of it on 33's it holds up just fine the only thing i need to beef up on my steering is the adjustor sleeves

 

Correct, there are no 1 ton steering sets that you can pull from the JY, after market only.
