you spend more time on here then you do on facebook
you list your mods as a status update on facebook
you get most of your mod ideas in tractor supply and homedepot

 

Everybody in you family has borrowed it when their "reliable" economic dd has failed. And they all coment how good it runs / how fun it was to drive.

Every time i get a box they say what did you waste your money on now? Do you really need that?

That's my brother. He drives a VW Jetta and is always telling me bad things about my XJ, but still asks to borrow it when he wants to go to the beach or if it is raining and it floods.

to take it a bit further, you then try talking said person into going out and getting one of their own....I think I almost have my dad ready to go buy one, haha.

...... when you almost cry when you hit a deer not because of bambi but the damage to the xj.
.... when you spend your mortgage payment on parts for it....
..... when your family asks to see you because you haven't been to a family dinner in six months because you are working on the xj.
..... when going out with your girlfriend includes the stipulation of no wheeling and a washed exterior and cleaned interior..... like that will happen!
