Nope. XJ is 5 on 4.5
KL is 5 on 110 (roughly 4.33...)

Plus the backspacing on the KL wheels looks like it's about 5.5"

yeah I will when I get 35s, but they don't rub right now though even at full flex in the rear.

Haha, yeah I didn't think they would. I was just thinking of the massacre that would occur if you put the 35's on 4.5" without any trimming or at least removing the flare

What is the reading on the 3" and 31"?
Is that a 265 75 15?
I'd like a similar setup, but dont know exactly what tire size/specs i need.

Thanks, I'm kinda new to this.

265/75/15 is the equivalent of 31"x10.5". And is usually lighter and better rated for the XJ when compared to full-flotation.
Here is 4.5" lift 265/75/15 Cooper AT3

Same lift. But now with 35/12.5/15 Goodyear Wrangler MTRs on 15x8 Trail Master TM9s with 3.75" backspacing.

And no roofrack. And more rust.

Nice! I didn't realize we had the same lift/tire setup...

3.5" on 32s.... they're worn down to about 30" now, but they weren't in that pic.
