5.5" Rubicon Express with OME shocks, 33x12.5x15 tires. Would love to go to 35's but I don't want to start cutting.
With a winch bumper it sits 3/4" lower in the front so I need to get spring spacers.
I was afraid to cut my fenders as well, but I am so glad I did! So much more flex and no rubbing at full lock. It was really easy! I put on some aftermarket flares as well because with the wide stance you get with a 12.5" tire and 3.75" backspacing on my 15x10" rims, you sling a lot of water/mud and rocks onto the body and the windshield.
1997 Country: 3.5" Rubicon Express Super-Ride with 32/11.5/15 Goodyear Wrangler MTRKs on 15x8 Black Rock Series 997 Type 8 wheels with 4.5" backspacing.
without stock flares. Aftermarket bumper and XRC winch with synthetic rope up front, and my spare in the back.
same everything, but now with cut fenders, folded rear quarter panels, and rear bumper.
Gorgeous Jeep man. That black lower rocker looks perfect too.
I agree love the colors and the clean appearance.

I spent a lot of cutting mine so I could turn at full flex.
Are those 33x12:50x15's and what size lift? It appears that you have trimmed more than I did to clear my 35"s with a 4 1/2" lift but both my 33 and 35X12:50's are on 15x8" wheels with 3.75" of BS, minimal bumpstops.
I really like them. Amazing grip and no chunking so far and i have been in the rocks a fair amount. I would buy them again. i have about 2 years and 10,000 miles on them so far and lots of tread left.

Your XJ looks VG also!
Yes they are 33x12.50 on 15x10 rims. I have a 4.5" lift but got a little more in the rear when I swapped my axle. I got about 3/4" more lift in the rear. You can really tell though because I cut quite a bit more in the front in order to flex and not rub. I am thinking of going to 35's next but will add some lift before I do. I will probably add shackle relocation boxes in the rear and get spacers in the front until I can find some 6.5" springs. I like to rock crawl so flex is important to me, I want to get as much as I possibly can!

Awesome. How do they ride on the road? I had 1 of them on my Jeep before. I had a set of 31" BFG KMs and the PO of the set (yeah, I got 'em used) replaced one of them with the Wild Country MTX (twin of your tire).... I liked the tire, but can't objectively say good/bad about ONE tire, ya know?

On the road they are a little noisy but not too bad. They do well in the rain but not on ice. They are a little too wide for grip on ice but do well in powder/snow.

Nah, I'm not worried about noise. Running Nankang Mudstars right now (the uber suck). More concerned with balance and treadwear. My tires may as well be square.
