Default xj headliner

hey guys i have a sagging headliner, it is completly off the roof. i was wondering. keep it and repair the holes and sagg. or just tear it off foam and all?. just let me know which way is best. and any comment you would like to add or suggestions would be nice.

a good and cheap thing to do is take it off, sweep off the old padding, paint the fiberglass ceiling whatever color you want and put it back

i assume u mean undo all the screws. and light. remove rip evverything off and prep paint. dry and put back in with the screws right? or is it more intensive then that...this my first xj so im new to what to do.

tear the whole thing out (including the fiberglass) and bed line or rubber-undercoat the roof.

I would say take it down. Go to your local fabric store and pick one that you like 3 yards to be safe(mine 30 bucks) along with 2 or 3 bottoles of glue. I say redo it the right way.

hers mine with a new junk yard overhead console.
