Lol. Did this turn into "My daddy/mommy knows more than yours" argument? Most common used phrase in the last 20 posts: "I know this because/I know this for a fact"
Haha. Sorry, had to point it out.

Ok now for my .02 cents. Chrysler is a bunch of corporate retards. and i'm talking about the guys that actually make the decisions. (you know, the ones that voted for obama.) The only thing they care about is making money anyway possible. They will screw over anyone who doesn't go along with their egotistacal plan, and when you least expect it you will find a knife in your back (and yes I know this first hand.) Chrysler has done little to nothing to improve the Jeep brand that any half Assed company couldn't have done with the ammount of years that they have owned it. I don't think another company needs to own Jeep cause that would only put them in the same place as they are now, just with different management. For Jeep to reach its full potential it needs to be an independent company owned by people that have actually owned a jeep and taken it off pavement.
I could write about ten pages about this right now but the topic of chrysler is too close to heart so i'll stop.

You know nothing. The Jeep brand is selling like crazy right now and the products they've been producing are great. Watch the way you talk, there is always someone that will take offense to what you have to say. This time, that guy is me.

Jeep SRT8 was one of the coolest things any auto manufacturer anywhere has done, ever.
Yeah it wasn't an off road truck but bad-*** none the less. Sent all the other guys reeling when it launched.

I'd like to see Jeep do something with the wrangler that would be able to compete with the Ford SVT Raptor. I'm talking a Jeepspeed style 4 door JK with a 6.1 SRT8, Race suspension with a taller stance, 33 inch BFG A/Ts, a light bar with HIDs, HID headlights, and a different looking frond end. I'd be the first in line to buy one haha

I love the new GC. Never really liked any models before the current ones. I only like the Black, Silver and Blue ones though. Not the other colors. If I had the money and didnt have a kid on the way I'd use the excuse "buying it for you honey" and drive it whenever I wanted. Unfortunately I dont have the funds.

Sounds like you're calling my mom one of those "corporate retards" because she is one of the people that makes the decisions..

I wish they would build a JK with no electronics. I didn't want the power locks, or power windows in my XJ, but when you buy used you get some things you don't want. The new JK comes with ABS, and traction control(except in low range). I was going to buy a new JK, but decided to put some money in my XJ. I don't need anymore electrics on a vehicle. If it get to long in the tooth, I'll think about again.

The jk's are much better quality than the tj/yj/cj. You can't even argue that. They are safer, quieter, more stable, more room, they entire suspension is BEEF compared to any of the stamped factory crap on a tj. And amazingly simple to work on.
You should find the cause of your death wobble. I build 2-3 jk's a week and never have death wobble issues.
And that 6th gear is a dream when it comes to gearing. It allows for much more aggressive gear options while still being able drive 70mph without screaming. Which is a big complaint with a lot of my tj customers with low gearing.
