In my tire hunt I came across these and they're too good to pass... But will they fit without trimming on 4.5'? I mainly do trail riding and it's my DD so I guess I'll sacrifice flex and what not.

Depends. They'll rub if you flex on anything. If your backspacing is too much, they'll rub the LCAs.

They won't rub unless you have stock wheels if they do get wheel spacers, but you shouldn't have a problem flexin and rubbing but every xj is different too

If you are off roading them yes they will rub. I was rubbing 33s on a 6.5 lift and no flares. I rubbed my 35 with trimmed fenders. If you stay on the pavement rubbing sould be no problem for you unless you hit a large bump.

I rubbed bad, trimmed, not as bad, then I added 1.5'' spacers and removed the plastic inner-fender liner and now I don't rub nearly as bad. Only a little when I'm doing a U-turn or whatever.

So it's safe to say I can throw on some new rims and not have to worry about rubbing the snot out of my fender when I pull in a drive through? Or hit a speed bump? I'm going to college this fall but can't drive until next spring so I have a few more months to save money to beef the driveline, go taller, new flares, and some new acme shafts.

Picking them up tomorrow for $450. 15/32 of the tread. Still had nipples on the side. Came off a Ford Ranger guy downsized for fuel economy.
