Yeah, we'd hang up on you, too.

You haven't even said why you think they're "wrong".
I've said it numerous times, if you'd actually read the posts you know that I bought a 3 inch lift, they admitted that they sent me a coil for a 5 inch lift, they literally said 'Yes, we sent you the wrong spring'. I don't think they are 'Wrong' I know, and have been told they sent me the wrong springs. I couldve purchased it 3 years ago and never used it, would still be the WRONG part. I ordered 3 inch lifted springs, recieved 5 inch lift springs. DID NOT DRIVE THE PREVIOUS JEEP ENOUGH OR WORK AT A JEEP DEALERSHIP where I had mechanics telling me your jeep is too high in the front. I appreciate your OBJECTIVE point of view, and I do not mind it. I am sharing my story as to why I feel slightly betrayed. 3 years or not, I was sent the wrong part.

kinda surprised your shocks reached an additional 3"
So like I suggested cut the coils and use them- unfortunately I think on this one you have a losing battle getting replacements from RC.

OK man we get it. You feel "betrayed". Continue to fight a losing battle. You have no sympathy here on your thread. Think about it from their point of view and then you'll realize why it sounds super sketchy from their side.

THIS is about as correct as it gets. YOU totaled a vehicle these were on and expect a company to give you free coils because of a warranty?!. Look, this is a lot like buying a Craftsman tool from a pawn shop, walking into Sears and stating "It's broken, I want to warranty for a new one!"
Not really trying to bust your ***** on this one but this is ridiculous.
If it bothers you that much, 3" coils are less than 100 bucks. Also, RC does NOT make a 5" coil for our XJs.
