I forgot to mention my rear disc conversion on my C8.25. Already have most of the parts, just need the rotors and pads!

Oh and almost forgot, longer wheel studs. Something tells me I'm going to forget that when I'm ready to begin this project lol

I bought some new ones for a grand cherokee when I did mine... (stock wouldnt work with my rims/backspace) worked out great!

106" wheelbase (rear main leaf from Commanche or similar) relocate axle to center of rear wheel well and bumper, some body work needed.
37"s military tires on H1 Beadlocks
Exo-cage (something I haven't seen 100 times)

Unibody reinforcement at suspension mount positions
Dana 60 front from an F350
14 bolt rear, shaved
5.38 or maybe 5.13's with the doubler
Rear shackle relocation brackets
Round headlight mod
Roof rack
Durango steering box
Better tranny cooler
Switch panel
Raptor liner on sides and interior floor

Snorkel (maybe)
Fix rust
Build roof rack
Go doorless
Get a winch and winch bumper
Auto locker in front and selectable in the rear
Upgrade headlights

That's all I can think of right now
