For real?

 

$4400 2000 classic 4wd 4.0. 1 previous owner, super clean in and out, 135k miles, minor surface rust (fixed) on inside bottom edge of doors, excellent maintenance especially the cooling system. I proceeded to rear end someone less than a month after getting it and even though it barely bent the left front fender and needed a new header and bumper it blew the air bags and so it was a total loss. Insurance paid me 6700 for it and I bought it back for 900 (clean title) since it was over 10 yrs old, professionally repaired for 2200 with used airbags (not repacks). The accident was so minor I drove it home and never even needed an alignment !! Can't believe the bags blew but in the end glad they did! Runs and drives and looks great!

 

My first was an 88' which was free technically. I don't remember the miles on it. I did have to pay roughly $600 to get it street worthy that was like $450 in tires though. And for my current 90' which was about 185,xxx I paid $500.

 

Ended up paying 3500 cash after all the fees and such. 98, automagic, NP231, 8.25. Bought it with 161k and it now has 155k. (165-167k)

Picked up my '96 Classic for $800. Had 182k... Now 190k and going strong. My build thread has pics from when I got it right up til now.

 

A grand for a 99 4 door 4wd with 150k, perfect body, beautiful interior, and a blown bottom end, good thing I had an extra one lying around

 

I paid $2000 for my 98 classic...... Can't figure out how to upload pics..... lol I'm lost there..... But she's been pretty good to me..... Paid $2500 for my 89 Pioneer...... Weird huh?

have spent nearly 8600 on various things (engine rebuild, lift kit, etc)

 

I paid $250 for mine plus $30 I think for a set of jumper cables and drove it home

 

Paid $500.00 for my 94 had 147k with a newer engine and lots of new parts from PO I am the 3rd owner now and has 189k I put a batt in it after it sat in a barn for a year and drove it home. And my wife's is a 2000 xj sport I picked up off Craigslist too of a older man he wanted 2600.00 after a hour of negotiations and showing him a wad of cash I got it for $2000.00 and drove it home 140miles, it had 157k now has 162k and also found out it was a Joplin Missouri county sheriff's police jeep for most its life

 

It was an evil jeep at one time lol.
