I paid $300 for my '86 XJ, all stock, 67k original miles, and one owner from an estate.

Then turned it into this:

My first Jeep and I love it.

I traded my dodge dakota for a Honda civic and then for a Acura integer and then traded that for my 96 jeep Cherokee with 3 inch lift on 30's and custom front and rear bumper. But iv had her for about 3 months and she's been parked for 2 and a half becuz of a CPS and a bad starter and not having a Job to fix it. But I paid 1200 for the truck so I guess u can say I paid that much for it

Paid $700 for the '92 w/ 211k on clock. filthy and nasty inside, but there was alot of potential left in the old girl. Some minor TLC and some preventaive maintance and minor work and she will be ready for some modifications.

The 1989, I paid $1200 for back in 2002 with some where around 130k on it, Sold in in 2004 for way less then I should have and regretted it ever since.

scooped up my 90' 2door for 400$. The PO wanted 1k, but i talked him way down since the outside was rattle canned and the interior was completely stripped... no carpet no headliner no stereo no ac/heat no interior body panels and no dash trim. drivers door was gone and pass door was barely hangin on. little did he know that he actually had a jeep that was already undressed just the way i was plannin on doing Mechanically, it was in great shape, 190k on the clock, rebuilt trans, fresh tuneup, new tires and not a spec of rust. he just wanted it gone cuz it was an eye sore

You payed under KBB at a dealer? All I can say is...

I payed 2400 for a 97 Country with 181k, and that was the best deal I found.
