What were they asking for it? Did you haggle 'em down a little?
What area of PA are you in? My in-laws live in the central area, close to Snow Shoe. Phillipsburg and Drifting. 'Bout half an hour west of State College.

Had no room to negotiate. There were many inquiries and in the 2 hours I spent looking at it 4 people walked up to check it out. Luckily I had the keys already and said I was buying. Was on the lot less than 24 hours 😀.
Northeast Pa is my area. About two hours East of state college. This was picked up outside Allentown.
7950 price; but I haven’t seen anything in this good of condition with these low miles for less than 10. Jumped all over it. My inspiration for next spring/summer:
So today we are going to see if I can finish October maintenance.
Somebody awhile back used this on their door and hatch seals.
I don't know about other years but '00 have little holes in them spaced out.
The guy who used it said he gave each hole a squirt. Said he was happy with it so figure why not.
Normally I silicone my door seals every winter. Come from one time not being able to open my hatch
in my '96 I used to own.
Debating on whether to spray this on the outside of the seals or stick with the silicone.
Oh and I have my driver's side mat soaking to clean it up.
Like an idiot forget to get the 2 front mats done when I washed the outside.
Nobody ever sits in the back so no need there. LOL.
See how much more I get done today.
Did the same thing on her 2000 Freedom but used Heavy Duty CRC silicone spray. So far; Great results and price point.

Not to long ago we just started stocking the CRC silicone spray in the store.
Napa always had it but we, an independently owned store, just started stocking it.
Same with the PB Blaster too. Cause they make a silicone spray too.
I have just been using the Napa Mac stuff all this time.
Maybe give it a try when I run out. Cause I see it costs about $3.
Thinking the Mac stuff costs me $2 but would have to check my files.
finally took my froze caliper off, getting the new one tomorrow, maybe put it on tomorrow. looked at the back of my rim for backspacing number and there is nothing.
After years of owning XJs, I finally became a TRUE XJ owner today.
The original gave ZERO warning signs of being bad and its failure was completely out of the blue. Went to start the Jeep after sitting for an afternoon and it just wouldn't fire. I had no reason to believe it was anything other than the CPS and thank goodness it was. I really did very little troubleshooting.
My hands are definitely a little beaten up but no worse really than spark plugs in a flat six Subaru.
For the first time in a long time, it's sitting on it's own weight! My toe is way off and it currently has no gas tank (or front bumper) but it's not on jack stands and the front and rear gear ratios match - which means it's basically done hahaha. Mind the mattresses - this is a storage unit after all.
I suggest not using the supplied paper gasket with the thermostat housing and using a FelPro one.
And no gunk.
I usually run a TINY THIN BEAD on the housing and back side of gasket. Basically to hold gasket. I have a decent looking OMIX one that came with top end gasket set.
Wow. the whole project has given me 3 gaskets. 1 with top end set, 1 with housing, and 1 with thermo kit lol

Oh. I did get a set of stock flaps as well.
Yeah it can be a little tricky to get everything to stay in place when putting it back together.
When did mine I made sure the channel for the thermostat was super clean.
Helped it being less awkward putting everything back together with the FelPro gasket and no gunk.
It is FelPro that was very adamant about not using any with their gaskets.
They say if something is needed it will be supplied in the gasket kit.
I researched this when I did mine cause I wanted to know.
