Do you plan to cover the sub with a grill of some sort? I'd be worried I'd knock a hole in it or something with all the stuff I throw in the back of my Jeep.

That is some fine work bro, but I have to agree with Satirical on this one. I'd be worried about a wind gust knocking the cherry off of my smoke and then burning a whole in it. LOL.

Seriously though, that's some nice carpentry. I've been thinking about doing something like this, but a little higher so that I can try to hide my system from prying eyes.

I did install some RE1175 and RE1171 sway bar extensions the other day. For some reason I'm having issues with my Iphone and Win7 again or I would post a picture of it but I will say It has eliminated most of the groaning I hearing from the front end on occasion.

Not a trade, was just to get you drivable until you can fix the axle.

That's the only reason I haven't scrapped them. They are emergency spares for situations like yours.

Both the Comanche and Cherokee are going right now. Got an 8.25 in it a few days after the d35 blew. It would've been nice to have something to roll around on and have more time to find a better deal or a better axle, but she's all good now.

I'm still on the search for tail lights for the truck though. The driver's side has had a hole since I bought it and they both are extremely faded and cracking because of the sun. I found a decent passenger side light, but I can't find a driver's side light that would match or a pair for a decent price.

Good deal. I know you're young and broke.

Last night Wrapped up my 12v solar generator project by adding the last 2 batteries and building the hold down. Weighs a ton lol. Really want to go to lithium batteries but the Dakota lithiums would be about 300 bucks haha. But this will give me about 21 amp hours of reserve capacity. Decided not to mount the ham radio and do a permanent wire job but went with an SAE connector so i can move it if i want. Went ahead and added a mic mount on the lid for basecamp use.

Today i added a heatshield setup to help with heatsoak on the fuel rail, installed a probably overkill transmission cooler and started the rock slider build by cutting out the rails and frame mounts.

I always thought having seats that could fold forward in a 4dr XJ might come in handy.
Especially on the passenger side.
I always assumed a 2dr XJ and a TJ use the same set up.
I picked up the hinge listed on Ebay as a '97 to '02 TJ one.
Best I can tell from the pictures it looked like it would bolt on.
Having tons of extra seat parts let me try it out.
I did anticipate one problem which did happen.
Cause of the lever you can not get the seat cover on all the way.
Was not sure where everything would fall when bolted together.
You can see where it bunched up. Bunches up worse when in forward position.
Also since the seat cover is not all the way down it catches a little on the plastic side molding.
But nothing crazy. Also XJ side molding does fit and give you access to the backward lean lever as it should.
So quick slit in the seat cover looks like it would solve the bunching problem.
You can pull off that black plastic piece and I think you would have enough play to pull the seat cover
out and over it. It also looks like the way my aftermarket seat covers are set up that I won't have to cut
a slit in them. Which is nice cause they were pretty pricey. LOL.
