I hate when Murphy decides to come on road trips.
Agreed, Herculiner is less than useless... One summer of Texas sun destroyed the double coat I put in my pickup bed, with instructions followed to the letter. Really wish I could have a do-over on that one.
Today I checked around my new valve cover gasket after buzzing around in the jeep this afternoon a bit... not seeing any signs of new seepage, hoping the bottom-rear of the motor will dry out after a few days and I won't need a pan gasket or RMS.

Installed a python 1400xp remote start. It took awhile but it'll be well worth it now that it's finally cold here in NEPA. It's been sitting on the shelf a year and finally got the confidence to do it. It was free be so you can't beat that.

Nice! And they've got the clearance bend in them so your tires won't rub the LCAs. Good stuff.
That's the other one I was thinking of. Raptor.
Forgot you had a WJ by the way... is that in any of your threads?
Oh dude... run those! I mean, unless they're damaged or your just dead set on Moabs. Those are good wheels though.

I would rock them on a WJ if I had one, but I never will lol. They are nice though
Its either TJ moabs with 245/75s or my current wheels with new tires, probly some aggressive 31s
Attachment 282007
Crappy picture but those are it.
This is from when I had black cladding, not a fan. Too flashy

Nah, it's actually my girlfriend's. We both drive it, but it's a daily; not a wheeler.
4.7L V8, auto, fully loaded, 74k miles as of today.
3" OME lift, Bilstein 5100s, JKS quicker disconnects up front.
It has JK Moabs and taller tires on it now, but these got me through inspection

Finally got the new axle installed. Still don't have wheels on it - need to align, put the tires on, realign, put it on the ground and tighten up the control arms - oh, and re-drill the track bar (RE track bar on stock mounting!)

I probly will run these, good old pro comp 7069s. The only reason I would go with moabs is for running 245/75/16s. I got them off amazon for 400 bucks free shipping a couple summers ago. I think ill just get new 31s this summer lol. And a real mans lift and not BB. And D44a(yes the D44a, not real man iron 44 but still a lil better than turdy-5 and LS too) rear axle. And any rare items I can score on at JYs like 5.9 parts and tire carrier and..And.. And.. And.. Thanks for the input!
