I did my driver and passenger side ball joints, wheel bearings, axle ujoints, and inner seals and now I have horrible death wobble. I'm hoping it's the tires which had an off camber wear pattern and were the reason I did the front end refresh in the first place.
It's has finnally been done. Did a little modification too allow a high mount alternator such as the YJs while at the same time keeping the AC and factory fan clutch location.
If you're keeping the A/C, where are you moving alternator to?

Jeez I hope so too man, hate chasing down the DW...
Ball joints on mine were far better than expected. Did the hubs, u-joints, pads & rotors. Saving the calipers, my helper was a no show, and the one-bleed isn't fun.
Think I'll send the Moog ball joints back, and save my pennies for those nice lifetime units.
Hey there! You aren't supposed to look like that...
Ha ha. Some of the caps disintegrated in my hand and most of the needle bearing were dust when I did mine a few weeks ago. Not too difficult but can be tricky little buggers...especially if you leave the hubs attached. Definitely nice to have 2 people if you're leaving the hubs attached.
Started n replacing the freeze plug in the side of the block, the previous owner put one of those rubber ones in and now it's leaking like crazy all over the driveway.
Does this mean we're getting close? LOL, I sure hope so....
ive been at a stand still for a few weeks, works been pretty busy, hopefuly after my big project at work is done ill go back to normal hours and get cracking.
i ordered the exhaust tubing, and some o2 sensors today so everything should go fairly quickly once i start to yank the 4.0L (in theory)
Fitted factory fog lamp wiring harness to 1995 jeep cherokee
I pulled the head lamp wiring harness and fog lamp switch from my wrecked 1989 jeep cherokee. I then fitted it to my 1995 jeep cherokee.
It's not quite plug and play but close. My 1995 wasn't fitted with fog lamps as standard, most of the wiring was fitted, the wiring harness had to be modified a little but now works

Trust me, in the same boat with my build...between OT and family obligations, not much done on my build either for the last few weekends. HOPEFULLY no work this weekend, and then of course, we have the 3-day weekend coming up...I've already told everyone to straight **** off that weekend...not often you get 3 solid days to wrench, and with summer on top of us, I want my wheels back, to go enjoy the good weather!
