Today my Dad I pulled my motor to do a rebuild. I think I spun a bearing after over revving it but I don't know for sure yet. I guess Ill find out when I take the thing apart.

Couple of tips for you since you have it out. Change the freeze plugs to brass. And change the bolts at the top of the bell housing to hex head and eliminate those stupid e torx bolts.
The plug on the rear of the block can become a real headache if it rusts through.

Singlehandedly installed the majority of my Rusty's 3" Advanced kit today. Painful process, crawling around underneath that thing all day, up and down, up and down. By the time I was done I looked like I was coal mining for 10 hrs. Still need to install the track bar and sway bar disconnects. I like the lift, drove it home easily. Barely perceptible pull to the right. I'll torque it all up tomorrow, give it a few days and get an alignment done.
You may need to adjust your track-bar - make sure you have equal steering-wheel turns left and right (about 1 3/4?)
mine pulled to the right for years until I did this,
It's a D44a. They have a well deserved reputation for grenading in stock vehicles that have never left pavement.
Yup. Case in point, my parents had an '04 WJ with a 44a and the Quadradrive transfer case. My parents are very consciencious drivers, they don't hammer their vehicles, my dad meticulously maintains everything he owns... very much a "ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" guy. After one winter of driving up in Kentucky, they had to replace both axleshafts because they were bent. My dad was in shock.

NOICE! I never considered a square radiator in lieu of the "panoramic" style in the XJ and MJs... anxious to see the results.
Over the weekend installed a Rusty's 3" Advanced lift. Adjustable upper and lower control arms. Still yet to install the SYE.
Looks good, I also like your roof rack and I really like those wheels in black.
That was the sort of result I was expecting from my 3.5" kit, but I think I wound up with closer to 4.5"-5". A little further research reveals that Rubicon Express' lifts run tall. Still waiting to see if it settles down at all while I try to wear out these dry-rotted BFGs (they were free when I bought the wheels)
Decided I want TJ rubicon wheels on my ZJ, so I put an ad on CL. Some wrangler guy will probly say "here's the wheels, 800 bucks" Since wranglers are overpriced, I don't see why the wheels won't be too

Thanks. I would have been ok with a little higher, but it is what I wanted. When I bought it, it had smaller whitewalls on silver rims with chrome beauty rings. I wish I had taken a photo. I pulled the rings, had these tires put on which were left over from my Land Cruiser when I bought it years ago, and spray painted the rims. I'll get some mileage out of the tires but maybe next year put on some 31"s. I built the rack to fit the Rigid tool boxes and jerry cans. Still want to add some hooks in the front for a cargo net.
