Sneaky editses Baggins...

I guess that demonstrates it lol
I bought this thing when I was a lube tech at Ford, so I was dealing with superdutys that get beat to hell every day (Oil fields). Some times even my gun couldn't even take off lugs. I needed something this strong lol. Now, since I works on VW's, I just loan it to the mainline techs when their guns can't handle something. Or if something needs breaking. *Grins*

O'Reilly's had the T6 for $22.99 per gallon.
If it wasn't for my massive rms leak I'd switch to T6. And yes it's the rms.

Snapped the threaded end off the manual valve shaft while trying to disconnect the shift linkage

I was going to drop the pan and replace the filter before filling the transmission back up, but now I have to source a new shaft, and drop the valve body

Pretty much. They love their T20, T25, 19mm, 6mm hex, 8mm hex. And occasionally they'll throw a 10mm in there.

What do you mean occasionally lol. Most of my Golf is 10mm; I wouldn't be surprised if the head bolts were 10mm too (or like E10 or T40 or something)

At least there's no guessing like the Jeep... is this fastener SAE or metric? *tries 9000 different bits*

Pulled headliner and scrubbed it down. Ripped out the amp the PO installed and now need to figure out how to get sound to the rear speakers. Made an aluminum bracket for the read passenger side storage area to keep my trailer hitch and various and sundries in. Next up is finishing the headliner and pulling the dash to replace heater and ac stuff (heater coil is pushing steam up the front window).

Got the stroker cleaned up...pressure washed with Zep purple power. Gonna paint the oil pan this week, and switch over my valve cover that I powder coated on my XJ's current motor....

Drained and refilled the transfer case. I used 75w-90 gear oil instead of the recommended Dex/Merc ATF because that stuff just leaked right out of the rear seal.

Soon, I will replace that seal too...but I can't for a couple weeks so hopefully the gear oil will be an OK bandaid.

I adjusted the toe on the front suspension to be a bit more toe out. When I measured it, it was quite a bit more toe-in than I thought it was. I don't have the money for a professional computer alignment so hopefully I can just get this dialed-in by hand...
