Put an old Chrysler radio in the jeep. The PO had some old Pyle junker in there.

 

Started a trans swap parts list for it since the peagout trans died. What all do I need for the swap? I have a aw4 and np231 waiting for a new home.

 

I bent a piece of rebar (fits into rubber mount) and welded it to a clamp base then bolted it on. You may want to loosen the pipe at the manifold when you do this so the whole exhaust can pivot at that point and not stress the manifold.

 

Got everything ready to put C4x4 tow hook brackets on. Haven't even been shipped yet but I don't like surprises.

I believe they just bolt right on. I have a set that I haven't installed yet and one of the holes on it wasn't drilled. It was center-punched though so I just need to take the time to do it and put em on.

 

finally, and by that i mean like 4 years of just not doing it, i drilled the rivets out of the hangers for the rear quarter panel plastic, sanded and painted the rust.. makes we wanna do the whole thing now..
oh and found a weak spot in the sheet metal, water started to drip, so i drilled a couple small bleeder holes..

and if you look real close you can see the dog **** on my rim..
