They started mid way through the actual year 1999. And were marked as 2000s.

I took the rubber fitting off of the back and tightened them by adjusting the little gear on the inside upward.

Had my rear driveshaft break on the way home. Hopefully I can find a new one before work tomorrow. Really wish I could just afford a sye kit and driveshaft.
