Depends on how you gusset it, 16 ga sides will fold in if something hits it ie highlift, Sparta tire, tree branch

Personally I wouldn't do it solid, cut holes and dimple them, cuts down on weight and increases strength

It would have to be a half rack cause the plasma table is only 48" x 48"

Mounted my highlift to my front bumper and added a front recovery point. After this last time getting stuck I realized I need better recovery points and a winch. And the 100' of chain I got the other day.
