For my 2wd, I left that bolt in when I got the new linkage. No issue. My 4x4 got JKS discos, which required the removal. I believe I just pressed it out; IIRC, it's not threaded on.

Discos are a good idea only if you need the flex capability. Don't know how much off-roading you do.

Oil Change
Tire Rotation
Seafoam the brake booster
Take measurements for new floor boards
Deep clean my wheels since I had them off (front and back)
And the most important thing.... I gave my XJ some love for treating me so well!

Based on all my research, and now on personal experience it does work. The jeep purrs now. All the reading I did about peoples "horror stories" are mostly hearsay and they all either did the treatment wrong or just didnt do it at all and are just product snobs. It's like owning a 1911. Sure I have a rock island and it was inexpensive but by no means is it a worse gun than a Wilson combat. It does what I want it to do.

Added Duplicolor bed armor spray can to the tj flares to at least draw less attention since they are the wrong color. Gonna add a few more coats then take pics. Off to do a rear main in 3.5hrs before my Timken unit bearing arrives at the store. The rear main is Felpro with improved design so we will see if it beats the mopar original..and followed with a Felpro 1 piece rubber to replace the RTV I used back when I first got it.

Jumped off a guy at a gas station, put my wreath on, drove around town, put in $45 in gas, bought a bumper, loaded it up with a T.V. for my brother, bought 6.5 alpine speakers for $40 at best buy and am contemplating the tiny Alpine 4 channel amp

I might be looking to put something else up there instead.
