I agree ride quality to me is how much of the impact of a bump or hole you feel. Sway more has to do with handling in my books

Meh I Define ride quality as anything that affects my ride, whether it is handling or bumpiness.

Figured out how to get to my tcu. I have to remove the whole lower dash panel, but now I just need to get some wires so I can manually shift the aw4. What wire size should I get 12gauge?
Also made a template for my switch board.

I used 14ga "THNN" (oil/gasoline resistant stranded copper) when I did mine.
The solenoids dont use much power.

Filled it up and got 19.25 MPG's on my last tank! WOOHOO! Not bad for 30's and 3" lift

Lucky!!!!! I get around 11.5mpg from my calculations my best is 13... I wish I got your numbers, that'd be sweet.. But then again I'm on 32's and a 3"

Im getting 12-15 but I also have a V8 automatic full-time 4x4 and 3.73 gears lol
