I got the adjustable ones at NAPA and really was cake. Only took an hour to remove both manifolds and replace plugs. Another hour probably less to reinstall manifolds and done....easy stuff.

Too many times like this working on my 87 Shadow. Glad I learned what not to do with lighter parts. Saves a lot of pain with the JEEP.

I thought that for a long time. I did 2 xj front ends in 1 year. FML that's a lot of expensive ****! Luckily I did it BEFORE checkers became oreilly because MOOG prices are double now....no thanks I'll order stuff online.

Funny thing I actually had an associate give me the phone to help a JEEP customer about rear disc conversion!

As for what I did today, nothing. Yesterday I fixed my radio issue. Thought about it more that night and realized when I installed the trim under the door I probably went through the wire Easy fix though because these are just back-up wires anyways.

I really need to get my unit bearings done and an alignment. I can't tell if it's just the unit bearings or is my ****ing TRE on my trackbar toast? I'm hoping it's only 1 unit bearing and not both AND that it's not the TRE. The drivers side has hummed since I put the 33" free used Super Swamper TSL's. My gas mileage is the worst with these tires, THEY ARE HEAVY!! 16mpg @ best used to pull 20.5 with 32" MTR's(old style)

I run them in the 31x10.50 flavor and when they are new they do great in mud and rocks. They are okay in the snow. When they get down around 40% they suck *** in the snow and wet roads. Mine are called wild country MTX but they are the same thing.

Did mine proper with metal plugs. Then the next day, one shot out at WOT while merging onto the highway. Did all of them after that.
