The collection in the museum is not even half of what he used to own before his death. Most of his cars were auctioned off decades ago. He was a pretty collector.

The ZJ has a V8 option (including the 5.9L) with basically the same structure and they don't fold like a taco or explode. As long as you don't go too nuts you should be fine, if you're putting in anything more powerful than a stock LS1 you should probably do frame stiffeners though.

If I wanted a Jeep with a V8 I would have bought a zj or wj or kept my xk . I like the I 6 . If you swap KEEP IT JEEP ! You put chevy Motors in chevys ! If you want a 5.3 ls put it in a small blazer ! Just my .02 .
