Yeah sounds a little jekle n hide. I think it better to build your Jeep for the size tire you want to run. Not go big go home broke.

True but thats why the forum is here that way I can learn what needs to be done I would love a set of 36s but a wide a$$ 30 looks awesome. I do plan on a bigger lift but idk when I can afford it right now. Thats why Im stuck between the two sizes. I dont want to negatively affect my off road ability to much

Should get wider after its mounted, right now tire is at no point wider than 9.5! I kinda want to get some narrower Rims so they stay that way.

Will you post pics when you get these mounted? If not this thread, somewhere. I am running 34x1050.15 LTB and these Q 78s sure look interesting. Nice 2-4 set up on the car. OK thread jack over.

They get a lot wider mounted. I got a 36x12.5 tsl spare and they're the same height but the Q's are about 1in narrower. The guys that mounted my Q78's had to use a cheetah to seat them. I run them on an 8" wheel with no problems. You'll love them man, they flat out work.

Here's my Q78's on the jeep

Wow those look alot wider. Im gonna get some narrower rims for mine. Yeah I think with a few upgrades my stock axles should hold up to the q78s. My old style Mt/rs have been tough great tires, so I cant wait to see how the q's do. not dd-ing these monsters but will be driving to the trails with em.

You'll have to be easy with the q's on stock axles. I've broken a few d30 stock shafts and 760 joints and most recently the ring and pinion. I had a locked 30 though. Got a built waggy 44 going up front now.
