Coolers in the 10k-15k btu range such as the B&M 70268 (13k btu) and 70264 (14.4k btu) are usually recommended for serious off-roading and towing (there are several "junkyard" options as well, many Ford SUVs/Trucks have Dana (Long) plate-and-fin coolers virtually identical to the B&Ms (Dana builds the coolers for B&M), with the exception of brackets and fittings.
What are you using your Jeep for? Coolers in the 10k-15k btu range such as the B&M 70268 (13k btu) and 70264 (14.4k btu) are usually recommended for serious off-roading and towing (there are several "junkyard" options as well, many Ford SUVs/Trucks have Dana (Long) plate-and-fin coolers virtually identical to the B&Ms (Dana builds the coolers for B&M), with the exception of brackets and fittings. I have a B&M 70264 in my XJ:

That one is ok, but the "plate and fin" style coolers (like the B&M and others) are generally better (cool better and more resistant to damage) than the "tube-and fin" style (like the one in your pic). Unless you are getting a tube and fin for a significantly lower price plate and fin is they way to go.
