Why do you need so much PB blaster?

Because the rig is 12 years old and resides in a state that uses salt as an ice deterrent... Dammit

Back to jeep... I've heard a lot of people calling them a V6, and actually one did it today. I had people call there cherokee's grand cherokee... I've had a person ask for a battery for there 1990 grand cherokee.. And I like this one the most. Someone tried telling me that his dodge cherokee uses a bulb for a headlight and not a sealed headlight. After 5 minutes and actually pulling the darn thing out for him I showed him that it was a sealed beam, and then he was surprised I knew that and asked me if I could show him how to do the spark plugs on his now dodge jeep V6... Sometimes you just want to take their jeep away...
I've found that a lot of people just think V6 is short for 6-cylinder. I cringe when I hear people use the term V4 lol.

here's another thing, similar to the auto parts clerks asking "cherokee or grand cherokee?". When I replaced my stereo, I needed a wiring harness. Best Buy had em for the same price as anywhere online, so I went there to get it. I brought it home, took my dash apart, went to start plugging it in and it wouldn't fit. I drove up to Best Buy and told the dude it was wrong, and he started arguing with me about it. He said "alright man, just pull your car around to the garage". When I did, he said "ohhhh you got a regular cherokee!"

No ****, that's why I didn't say grand cherokee -___-

there actually is such a thing as a V4 engine. Pretty rare, and pretty much sucks as a whole, but there are such engines.

If I'm not mistaken, Chevy started with em and couldn't get it to work so they sold it Toyota who made the I4 and went from there.

And my favorite:
::walk into auto parts store, and tell them, "I need such and such a part for a '99 Jeep Cherokee, 4 wheel drive, 4.0 inline 6." Their response, "Grand Cherokee or regular?" Did I SAY grand at any point?::
Heck ya I hate that!

I thought V4s only existed for smaller engines, like motorcycles and gokarts. Either way, every instance i've ever heard V4 used was talking about a camry or civic or something -___-

Your rear end is low...

Is that safe to drive?

Can you turn on the A/C?

And my favorite after letting someone borrow it:
Your car needs to be fixed it doesnt drive right.

At least you have an excuse for why yours doesn't work...

Best one I heard was today from a friend, here's the conversation
Him: "Dude, why do you keep smacking your dash? It's getting annoying"
Me: "I got a loose wire and my gauges turn off, when I smack it they turn back on"
Him: "I told you Jeeps were pieces of crap, you should have listened to me before you bought this"
I then proceed to pull over about 2 miles away from his house and made him walk home.

I felt bad after that so I pulled over in a parking lot up the road and waited for him.
