I know this has been mentioned, but still drives me nuts. Called 3 different parts stores today, me: "I need a fuel pressure regulator for a 99 jeep cherokee w/ 4.0L 4x4". All 3 parts guys: "cherokee or grand cherokee"? I know they ask that to clarify or whatever, but come on fellas. If I said it was for a grand cherokee, they wouldn't ask" cherokee or grand cherokee" now would they.

I have still had to ask that before...Trust me, people who don't know the difference are everywhere. Luckily the motors tend to be quite similair so its not too bad...but everything else is different. I had a guy ask me for parts for a Cherokee, I said ok 4.0 right? He says no its the 4.7 I said oh a grand Cherokee, gotcha....he said 'yea same difference whatever'...Originally Posted by dzeinert

"Is that .... noise normal?"
Yeah, it is. It's a 22 year old Jeep, and people are still asking about the interior plastic trim rattling noise, or the other noises that I really don't know where are they coming from

It could be because of ZJ/WJ owners failing to mention the Grand prefix when they come in looking for their parts.Originally Posted by dzeinert
