mud holds moisture in towards the surface of your vehicle. and if there was salt from the roads on your rig then you put mud ontop... your screwed. i always rinse my jeep off now. used to not, thats why i did my quarter panel cut and fold.

That's why I'm doing mine. Pass side is perfect, but I took the cap of the driver side, and it isn't pretty. I just sprayed color-matched Duplicolor over the rust so it doesn't look as bad for now.

After last week I'm probably never taking girls 4 wheeling with me again.. Me and a couple of my buds went to this random lot that has a couple hills and I began to climb up the toughest hill, meantime I had 2 girls in my jeep, one was somewhat sleeping and the other was talking on the phone, everything was fine until she got off the phone, cause at that instant they both started to scream about how we were going to fall over and die. I had to explain to her that we're in a jeep and were going straight up a hill... then I told her to get out of my cherokee before I proceeded to reach the summit of the hill. That'll teach herr

yeah I wish! I really want to just bedline my entire jeep. then i don't have to worry about scratches, rust, or cleaning it ever again....How much do you think it would cost to get my XJ bedlined? Not sure if i want to just get the rocker panels and lower body parts done or if i should just go all out and do the whole thing. And no rattle can bedliner, I've heard crap about it just flaking off and peeling
