I was told by some guy in a ricer at walmart the other day that my XJ was too boxy and I should look for something more streamline like an Wrangler or the Liberty... i had to walk away

It's actually holding up good. I have scratched it once. I hit and rubbed on a rock. But it actually didn't take off as much as I thought it would. Only tool a quarter size piece of the liner off. And the paint make sure you get something decent. Like an enamel paint I used tractor enamel. It isn't as shiney now but it still shines. I also didnt put a clear coat on it.

i dont want shiney...
can you fill in where it came off? thats the best part about the commercial stuff. it comes out burning hot and cures super hard and tough. if it does chip it just cracks and stays on but if it comes off you can blend it easy.
